Hi, I’m Chelsea LeCount.
I began my career in public accounting and have spent years working across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, audits, and small-business accounting. I’m also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with a particular focus on bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up work, and helping business owners get accurate, usable books back in place.
I genuinely love taking something that feels scattered, inefficient, or overwhelming and turning it into a process that makes sense. My work goes beyond entering transactions. I help business owners clean up inconsistent books, catch up overdue bookkeeping, strengthen the financial back office, and create reliable systems they can actually use as they grow.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, a beekeeper, and a naturally creative person. I enjoy building new ideas, working on creative projects, and finding better ways to organize just about anything. I even designed and built this website myself, because apparently “that’s not my area” has never been much of a stopping point for me. I’m also continuing my professional education and working toward CPA licensure.
LeCount Tax Prep was built around direct, hands-on support. Clients work with me personally, with an emphasis on accuracy, organization, practical problem-solving, and solutions that fit the way their business actually operates.
Pricing
Because every situation is different, pricing is based on complexity and scope. My general rate is $50 per hour.
Rates may be discounted based on engagement size or referrals.
